We’ve been chatting about kids’ clothing this week and I wanted to pass along this simple tip:
The White Onesies Tub
White onesies are a classic for any infant’s wardrobe. They should also be at the top of your “Keep for Future Kiddos” list since they are gender neutral and won’t go out of style.
Well the one thing I don’t think is all that easy is knowing which bin to store my onesies in. I store all my clothes by size, but my onesies are not all sized the same.
Gerber runs super small.
Carters run kind of long.
I decided to simplify things and put all of my white onesies, long and short sleeved, in one bin. When Noah’s current size starts getting a little tight, I just go to that bin and pull out the next size up.
I love this because I don’t have to sort through a bin full of all kinds of clothes to find them and I can easily see exactly what sizes I have.
Easy. Simple. And perfect for me!
Side Note: If you are expecting a baby soon, I highly recommend registering for the Carter’s brand. The long sleeved onesies are perfect for layering under all those cute, colored, short sleeve onesies you’ll be flooded with as gifts. Check out the Pregnancy Advice Swap for more great tips.
