Your Green Resource {DIY Nursing Tank}
The Insane Goals February update and link-up will be happening this Monday, March 4th. How are you doing with your goals??? Spoiler Alert: I’m not sure I’m doing so hot.
In related news… Please say a prayer for me that Noah will start sleeping better at night. 😐
Are you ready for another week of green and natural ideas?
What is “Your Green Resource”? It’s your chance to share all your green ideas, resources and solutions with ALL of our readers! That’s right, when you link up on any of our blogs, your idea will get shared with all of the readers at Simply Rebekah and at:
- Stacy at A Delightful Home
- Mindy at Creating Naturally
- Emily at Live Renewed
- Beth at Red and Honey
- Megan at Sorta Crunchy
Each week, the six hostesses will each choose a favorite post from the week’s links and pin it to our Your Green Resource Pinterest board!
The post I chose to pin last week was:
DIY Nursing Tank from Sustain, Create and Flow
I can’t imagine breastfeeding without nursing tank tops. I wear one almost constantly. This little tutorial shows a really smart way to turn a regular tank top into a nursing tank.
Now it’s your turn to share your green living posts with us! Link up your post (not your homepage), old or new, on any of the following topics:
* Real Food Recipes
* Repurposed Projects
* Upcycled Projects
* Organic Gardening Tips
* DIY Natural or Green
* Thrifty Solutions
I’m looking forward to seeing what you’ve got to share this week.
** We would love it if you could spread the word about Your Green Resource to YOUR readers by linking back to one of the six hostesses. Posts with a link back to Your Green Resource are the posts eligible to be pinned to our Your Green Resource pinboard each week.
** If you are reading this in an email or RSS you’ll need to click over to SimplyRebekah.com to access the link-up and browse the posts.
Oh my goodness! Thank you so very much for featuring my post! That made my day 🙂
That DIY tutorial is special to me, as a currently nursing mama 🙂 I’m glad we can share the info with others. Nurse on, mamas, nurse on!
Thanks, Jerica
I am so thankful for this post! I haven’t been able to wear ANY bra at all for the past 14 months I’ve been nursing my current babe – they all lead to clogs and mastitis. There are a few camis and tanks that I have and CAN wear – how awesome that I can turn those into nursing wear!
That stinks that you are so sensitive to clogged ducts. Let me know if you make yourself a nursing tank. I would love to know how it turns out for you!
You’re welcome!
I have one question for you. Do you struggle with the back of your tank top staying in place since it doesn’t have any straps holding it up?
This is a fabulous blog party! 🙂
I wish I would have thought about the homemade nursing tank when I was nursing! Maybe next time.
Today I posted about Calendula flowers…they are pretty, good to eat, and fabulous for your medicine cabinets. I hope that you and your readers enjoy! 🙂

Thanks for hosting such a hopping party. Now that I’ve found you, I’ll definitely be back!

I’m happy to have you, Jess!
