Sorta Awesome Podcast - a fun celebration of all things in life that are sorta, amazingly awesome!

This week on the Sorta Awesome podcast, Megan and I are talking about how to create a love-filled home. We are giving our best advice on how to set up routines and rhythms, when it might be best to ignore all the Pinterest perfect printables, and how to snap out of your grumpy mood before it ruins the entire day.

Once again Megan’s awesome of the week completely had me intrigued. A couple days ago I sent her a picture of me exploring her suggestion along with the caption “Because you pretty much control my life.” That is truth right there! Megan has a gift of being able to get my hooked on things.

You can click here to listen to this episode in your web browser or you can search for Sorta Awesome in your podcast app to listen on your device.

Here’s what we talked about and when:

02:10 – My awesome of the week
05:20 – Megan’s bathroom mystery
10:12 – Megan’s awesome of the week
16:21 – Listener Question: How do you deal with love languages outside of your comfort zone?
25:05 – Why Megan makes coffee at 5:50 AM every morning
28:30 – Listener Question: How do you create a loving home environment when you are stressed out and grumpy?
31:47 – My sanity savers
38:45 – Listener Question: How do you develop routines and rhythms when you have little ones?
51:44 – Listener Question: How do you handle sibling fighting?
58:25 – My #1 tip for teaching kids to share

How exactly do you listen to podcasts? So you’ve never actually done this before and you want some help. No problem! Laura from The Hollywood Housewife wrote an excellent tutorial to guide you through the process of searching for a podcast and subscribing.
