I Need New Friends {sorta awesome podcast 01}

My best friend and I used to spend hours and hours talking into a portable tape recorder as we were growing up. Each sleepover consisted of Emily, me, and our tape recorder. The three of us were inseparable. Kinda weird? Yeah, maybe.

Fast forward a couple decades and here I am recording my voice once again. This time I’m hoping that more than just Emily will be listening on the other end. I’m hoping that you will listen!

My dear friend Megan Tietz just launched her brand new weekly podcast, and I am thrilled to be one of her regular co-hosts. For anyone who doesn’t know, a podcast is a recorded audio program that you can listen to on your computer, smartphone, or tablet. Think of it like a radio talk show that you can listen to anytime you want. Personally, I love to listen to podcasts while I am driving, cleaning, grocery shopping, working in the yard, and doing laundry. Podcasts make any boring task better!

Megan’s podcast, titled Sorta Awesome, celebrates all the ways that life is sorta, amazingly awesome. Each week, Megan and her co-hosts will share their awesome find of the week. Then we will answer listener questions.

So, how can you listen to Sorta Awesome?
