If you have any desire (now or in the future) to get pregnant, then I would highly recommend that you check out the site www.fertilityfriend.com. This is a free website that has some awesome services. You can sign up for their online email course where they will send you 1 email a day for about 20 days. In each email you will learn all about fertility, how to recognize signs of fertility in the female body and how to chart those signs. By charting signs of fertility, you then will have a better idea of when to try to conceive.

Using this site won’t guarantee that you’ll instantly get pregnant, but it certainly can help! Nate and I were successful the first month that we started charting. Even if it isn’t working for you, then you can take your charts with you to the doctor and maybe the charts can give you some extra insight.

Hello! I am curious about that chart up there ! Was that your chart? From when YOU conceived!? I’m looking for information or just charts to look at where the BD or insemination was a few days before ovulation & they conceived still!
