A Spring Look Into My Family
It has been several months since I’ve shared any family photographs, so today I’ve picked out a few of my spring favorites.
Grace is exactly 1.5 years old in this picture. She is celebrating by going swimming at a hotel pool.
Too bad the water was freezing! We ended up moving the “party” to the bathtub.
Nothing says spring like daffodils and dead tree stumps. 😉
This was our little family on Easter Sunday. For those who were following the dress drama on Facebook, I decided against using one of my hand-me-down dresses for Grace. Instead she wore this brand new dress that I got on sale at Carters. We all need to enjoy a little splurge from time to time, right?
Grace got her first band-aid worthy ouchie. Poor thing.
As always, thank you so much for joining me on this journey!
Grace is such a cutie!! I especially love the clip in her hair, so adorable! Oh how I wish my daughter would keep them on :).
Miranda, Grace actually prefers to wear the hair bows. Otherwise her hair falls in her face and it really bugs her. The poor girl wears one 99% of the time these days. I should probably find other ways to pull her hair back or she’ll complain to me years later why she always has the same bows on her head in every photo!
Precious, precious. Loved seeing the Easter shot of your sweet family and there is no doubt that Grace is just a doll… I love her sweet face in that first pool pic!
Thank you so much, JessieLeigh. I’m pretty fond of her myself. haha! I was extremely pleased with how well our Easter picture turned out. It is nearly impossible get a good picture of Grace these days. You know what I mean, right? The won’t-sit-still-and-forget-about-a-smile toddler years. 🙂
Such a cutie! Love seeing the pictures of blog friends! 🙂 Thanks for sharing!
I love seeing Grace in some hand-me-downs that I remember Abby wearing.
Dorothy, everything was Abby’s except for the Easter dress, right? I didn’t even realize that when I put these photos together! I guess this post could be titled “Hand-me-Downs Rock!”
I think so. They all look very familiar. By the way… I have more for you. Haha.
I’ll never turn away hand-me-downs! 🙂
LOVE these pictures! The look of sheer delight on Grace’s face in the bathroom in stark contrast to her “boo-boo” face in the last is priceless!
Thanks, Audra! It is fun to see the many faces of Grace captured on camera.
