Faking It Well: Simplicity Can Be Impressive
You may have your own favorite nacho cheese dip already, but I guarantee that if you give this oh-so-easy recipe a try you won’t be disappointed. The flavor that comes from mixing these ingredients together is amazing!
NACHO CHEESE DIP:
- 1 can Campbell’s cheese soup
- 1 can Campbell’s fiesta cheese soup
- 1 can Hornell’s chili (with or without beans, you pick!)
- 8 oz. velveeta cheese
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and heat until the velveeta cheese is completely melted.
TIPS:
Campbell’s fiesta cheese soup is not sold in all areas. If you can’t find it at your store then substitute an additional can of the regular Campbell’s cheese soup and add salsa (to taste) to the recipe.
Cut the velveeta cheese into small chunks to help it melt faster.
Once the dip is prepared, transfer it to a small crockpot for the party or keep it on the stove on warm/low heat.
THE HARDEST PART: Waiting for the velveeta cheese to melt before you eat it all!
Your cheese dip sounds very, very familiar!!
And now I have another venue to stalk my daughter! 🙂
Your blog will be good for your creativity………an outlet for you to express yourself.
How did you come up with the name? I like it.
I wanted a name that was simple and would describe my blog. Since my blog is going to be simplyl about me the name Simply Rebekah was born.
Love cheese dip! It’s ALWAYS a hit! I haven’t tried it with the cheese soup before. Sounds good.
