Our Sun, Sand and Waves Vacation

Nate and I were blessed beyond measure with a free stay at a beach house this summer.  We had an amazing stay this past week.  It was so much fun to watch Grace experience the joys of a summer beach vacation.

This picture was taken our first night.  We couldn’t wait until the morning to show Grace the beach.  I just love the look of awe in her face.

We spent most of our time at the beach in the mornings, going back to the house for lunch and naps, and then enjoying the boardwalk or family time at the house.  A wonderful schedule indeed!

She doesn’t look particularly thrilled in this pictures, but trust me…  We couldn’t get her off this thing!

While we were waiting for our food in a restaurant, Grace thought that Nate looked thirsty.  I love how she has her mouth open trying to encourage him to do the same!

We had such a wonderful time just being together as a family.  Too bad Nate can’t quit his job so we could all stay home.  Stupid need for money.  Grrr.   😉

We stayed in this same beach house last year.  It is amazing how much Grace has grown since then!  Someone please tell her to stop!
