Spring is a great time for a wardrobe refresh, and so I scheduled a fix from Stitch Fix. I’ve been using Stitch Fix for almost ten years, and it truly is my favorite way to shop for clothing. I love the convience of trying on everything at home, and only buying what I decide to keep.

Stitch Fix Spring Try-On Haul
In the past, a Fix always came with 5 items, but now you can select to receive 5-8 items in your Fix. If you keep 5 or more items from the Fix, you’ll get a 25% off discount. I opted to receive 8 items in this Spring refresh Fix.
When I scheduled my Fix, I made a note for my stylist that I wanted casual tops that would look nice with linen pants and shorts. I wanted something nicer than a t-shirt and hoodie, but something I could wear every day. I also requested jeans (since they are my favorite thing to get from Stitch Fix), and I a nice white t-shirt.

Nine Britton Blouse – $45
- Description: short sleeve, split neck, with pocket in the color white
- I had requested a nice white t-shirt, and this is definitely more of a blouse.
- I own several blouses from Stitch Fix in a similar style. I can see why my stylist picked it for me.
- Verdict: keep

Market & Spruce Shirt – $35
- Description: short sleeve, with stretch in the color light blue
- The color brings out my eyes, and the fabric is very soft.
- This is 100% my style, but do I already own shirts that are too similar?
- Verdict: keep
Indigo Six Jeans – $48
- Description: cropped, high waisted, wide leg
- I often receive petite jeans, since I’m only 5’2″. Although these are a cropped style, they fit me at just right for a regular length.
- I love the wider leg and dark wash.
- Verdict: keep

Liverpool Shorts – $68
- Description: pull on, tie-waist shorts with 3.5″ inseam in the color navy
- These are extremely comfortable.
- I own very few pairs of shorts, and it would be good to have another pair in a neutral color like navy.
- Verdict:Â keep

41 Hawthorn Dress – $78
- Description: sleeveless, belted maxi dress, petite length in the color black
- I like the look of this dress and it feel flattering.
- The belt isn’t very secure. I tightened it several times just while trying on the dress and getting photos.
- Price feels a little high, especially with the issues I was having with the belt.
- Verdict: send back

Market & Spruce Shirt – $45
- Description: long sleeve, v-neck, ribbed knit top in the color light grey
- This fabric is extremely soft. It feels like wearing pajamas in the best way.
- I don’t think this is a great color on me, but… feels like pajamas!
- Verdict: keep
Threads for Thought Shorts – $69
- Description: high-waisted, twill shorts with 4″ inseam in the color green
- I love the color and don’t own any shorts like this.
- Do I own shirts that will pair well with these shorts?
- In the end, these don’t feel as comfortable or versatile as the navy shorts.
- Verdict:Â send back

Montgomery Post Tanks – $55
- Description: set of 2 tanks with knit back, shown here in black
- I like that this came in a 2-pack, one black and one in olive.
- The arm holes were a little too deep.
- Verdict:Â send back
Final Thoughts
I am very excited about the jeans. My Stitch Fix stylists always do an amazing job of sending me options that will work with my petite 5’2″ frame – whether it is a petite size (like the dress in this fix) or it is a cropped option (like the jeans) that end up being just the right full length size on me.
Stitch Fix offers several specialty lines of clothing:
- Maternity
- Petite
- Plus Size
- Mens
- Big & Tall
- Kids
This fix felt very on brand for my style. In fact, it felt so on brand for me that I debated keeping some items because they were similar to what I already own. However, with the 25% discount for buying 5 items, it made sense to buy the additional items. I ended up saving $60!
