A Simple Mother’s & Father’s Day Tradition

Last year, my first Mother’s Day, our family started a sweet and simple tradition.  (Thank you, big sis, for giving me this great idea!)  Each Mother’s Day I take a photograph with Grace and my husband does the same thing on Father’s Day.

I love this tradition because:

• It doesn’t take any advance planning or expense.
• Since I’m normally the one behind the camera, it is a good way to be sure I have a nice picture with my little one.
• Since Mother’s Day & Father’s Day are always on a Sunday, we already look picture ready because of church in the morning.
• As my family grows in size and in age, this will a fun way to see all the changes each year.
