Family Beach Vacation Take Two!

Nate and I were very blessed with beach vacations this summer!  We left Ocean City, NJ and just 10 days later we came back for another few days!  We certainly didn’t plan our vacations to be so close or to the exact same place, BUT like I said we were very blessed to have the opportunity.  So we grabbed ahold of those beach offers and said, “THANK YOU VERY MUCH!” 

This second beach vacation was with Nate’s family.  We enjoyed a comfortable, but small beach house with his parents, sister & brother-in-law, and Nate’s 3 nephews.  It made for a full house, but it was a vacation full of fun.  We spent two great days at the beach.  Grace had her first zoo experience and her first ride on a merry-go-round.  Nate and I even got to take a sunset walk along the beach… with OUT our little one! 

One thing that we learned is that less is more when you are hauling everything out to the beach with your baby.  Our first vacation was pretty stressful on our first beach day, but by the end of this trip we felt like relaxed pros!  Enjoy some of our photos.  (Hold your mouse over each picture to view the caption.)
